0Absolut had to apologize to some crybaby conservative columnists who called for a boycott. In my opinion, Absolut Mexico got exactly what they wanted: attention in the media and free publicity. Did they really think an alcohol ad was going to start a revolution? Personally, I give them props for thinking multi-dimensionally, and getting a big bang for their buck.
